The Steem Ecosystem consists of apps and services directly accessing the Steem blockchain or supporting the community in other ways. See bellow for some of the initiatives:

  Get rewarded for posting on social networks. Launched as Steemigram by Simplymike (@simplymike) soon after was relaunched by Algo Coder (@algo.coder) and Sébastien Bellamy (@sebbbl) as Share2Steem in September 23rd, 2018.

  A physical co-workspace in New York City where the founders/participants will introduce new users to Steemit and STEEM, blockchain, host meetups and collaborative workshops. Created by @hansikhouse and @voronoi, from @hitheryon, and launched in July 31st, 2017.

• Soliciting Power: https://solicitingpower.com
  A gallery of Steem projects worth supporting (with your STEEM Power (SP) delegations). Created by Roeland Landegent (@roelandp) and launched in April 13th, 2018.

  A Steemit Follower Tracking App. Created by @pilcrow and @sjennon. Launched in September 13th, 2017.

  A New Fun Platform Based on Steem Blockchain. Earn By Sharing Your Fun Content. Launched in March 23rd, 2018.

  A tool that allows checking the follower's voting activity in order to know the best moments to publish. Created by @jga and launched in July 7th, 2017.

  A resource to get more information about posters and specific posts. Created by eroche and launched in June 23rd, 2018.

• Steem Anchor: https://steemanchor.com
  @steemanchor : https://steemit.com/@steemanchor
  Steem Anchor represents STEEM and Steem Dollar (SBD) on the Stellar Decentralized Exchange. The STEEM and SBD tokens on the Stellar Network are backed by real STEEM and SBD, which is stored safely and securely in their Steem Vault. Created by Sweatshop (@sweatshop) team - a dedicated blockchain project incubator led by two Steem Witnesses - Paulius Uza (@upheaver) and @therealwolf. Introduced in October 19th, 2018.

  A Steemit directory listing everything useful on the evolving Steem blockchain updated as regular weekly posts. Created and maintained by Wild Cosmos (@wildcosmos) and @woman-onthe-wing. Launched in August 20th, 2018.

  Create a bounty by sending any amount in SBD or STEEM to steem-bounty together with your post URL in the memo. Service launched in March 28th and website in June 8th, 2018.

  A fund inspired by Dash’s budget proposal system. Proposed by Jerry Banfield (@jerrybanfield) in November 10th, 2017.

• Steem City: http://steem.city
  A project which taps into the community aspect of the Steem blockchain. Proposed by @dragosroua and opened for alpha testers in June 9th, 2017.

• Steem Cool: http://steem.cool
  This tool shows Reputation and Reputation Score/Level. Created by @shaunmza and launched in April 26th, 2017.

• Steem Developer Portal: https://developers.steem.io
  @steemitdev : https://steemit.com/@steemitdev
  A portal to help make Steem as easy to use, and developer friendly, as possible. Launched in October 10th, 2017.

• Steem Engine: https://steem-engine.comCreate tokens and smart contracts on Steem blockchain. Created by Aggroed (@aggroed), Yabapmatt (@yabapmatt) and @harpagon. Introduced in February 7th, 2019.

  A website where you can buy and sell files - images, e-books, videos - for SBD. Created by @leprechaun and launched in January 2nd, 2017.

  A tool to know who followed / stopped following you on Steemit. Created by @blueorgy and launched in 2016.

  A STEEM Tokens crowdfund to purchase an island in Florida. Proposed by @riosparada in July 1st, 2017.

  An auto upvote exchange program that lets Steemians swap votes with each other for an agreed upon length of time. Created by ArtoLabs (@learnelectronics) and officialy launched in August 12, 2018.

  Steem block explorer created by @roadscape and launched in April 2016.

  A free blockchain monitoring service, that sends to the account owner Email and Telegram notifications when payments and critical account changes occur. Created by @furion and launched in July 5th, 2017
