DSound é uma plataforma de som descentralizada e com dados permanentes, criada por Pedro Reis Colaço (@prc) na Steem Blockchain e no sistema IPFS IPFS. Inspirado no modelo DTube, uma plataforma de video integrada com o Steem. DSound foi lançado em 8 de Setembro de 2017. [1]

Informações básicas
Utilizando o sistema de Java Script, Dsound aceita vários formatos de audio. É utilizado principalmente por músicos mas tem formado uma cena forte de podcasts, poesia, arquivos de voz e assim por diante.
Características
- Cadastra e loga através do Steemit, é atrelado ao sistema principal assim como o Dtube
- Perfil de usuário com informações básicas e seus uploads de audio referentes ao canal
- Aceita os formatos WAV, MP3, FLAC, OGG, MP4 or AAC
- Sistema Drag and drop para as imagens de capa dos arquivos de áudio
- Editor de texto e de tag simples
- Opção de permitir download da música/arquivo
- Opção de ativar a função "comprar"
- Upload simples e rápido
- Opção de hospedar arquivos no local com IPFS
- Opção de perfis múltiplos (só permitido através do Anonsteem)
