Fintech (do inglês: finance e technology) engloba serviços ou empresas do setor financeiro que utilizam as tecnologias modernas para a criação de produtos inovadores, que resolvem um problema existente ou melhoram a experiência do usuário. Tais produtos, geralmente são fáceis de usar, mais baratos e com uma menor burocracia que os tradicionais pois grande parte da tramitação ocorre na nuvem evitando despesas.(1)
