The Steem Ecosystem consists of apps and services directly accessing the Steem blockchain or supporting the community in other ways. See bellow for some of the initiatives:

  A physical co-workspace in New York City where the founders/participants will introduce new users to Steemit and STEEM, blockchain, host meetups and collaborative workshops.. Created by @hansikhouse and @voronoi, from @hitheryon, and launched in July31st, 2017.

  @spectacles : https://steemit.com/@spectacles
  A Steemit Follower Tracking App. Created by @pilcrow and @sjennon. Launched in September 13th, 2017.

• Steem Activity: https://joticajulian.github.io/steem-activity/
  A tool that allows checking the follower's voting activity in order to know the best moments to publish. Created by @jga and launched in July 7th, 2017.

• Steem Budget: http://jerry.tips/steembudget
  A fund inspired by Dash’s budget proposal system. Proposed by Jerry Banfield (@jerrybanfield) in November 10th, 2017.

  A project which taps into the community aspect of the Steem blockchain. Proposed by @dragosroua and opened for alpha testers in June 9th, 2017.

  This tool shows Reputation and Reputation Score/Level. Created by @shaunmza and launched in April 26th, 2017.

  A portal to help make Steem as easy to use, and developer friendly, as possible. Launched in October 10th, 2017.

  A website where you can buy and sell files - images, e-books, videos - for SBD. Created by @leprechaun and launched in January 2nd, 2017.

• Steem Followers: https://steem.makerwannabe.com
  A tool to know who followed / stopped following you on Steemit. Created by @blueorgy and launched in 2016.

• Steem Island: https://steemit.com/@steemislandinc
  A STEEM Tokens crowdfund to purchase an island in Florida. Proposed by @riosparada in July 1st, 2017.

  The first community for makers and DIYers on Steem. Founded by Jef Patat (@jefpatat) and launched in November 30th, 2017.

  Enabling Third Party Apps to Interface with Steem. Created by @charlieshrem and launched in March 2017.

  Curation Trail, Fanbase, Scheduled Posts service like Streemian. Created by @mahdiyari and launchedin October 17 2017.

  Online showcase of ART for Steemians. Created by @paolobeneforti and launched in July 8th, 2017.

  A blockchain based auction system to strengthen Steemprice and create circular markets. Created by @schererf and Pollux (@pollux.one), announced in November 20th, 2017.
