Follow for Follow (F4F)

A "Follow for Follow" initiative is a way to increase one's number of followers by essentially "trading" follows with other users. This is mostly done by new users to the platform who are trying to quickly obtain a larger audience.
This is by no means the best way to increase one's earnings on steemit, and the act is somewhat controversial among community members.
